Carlos Greene Co-Founder
Carlos holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing, from Middle Tennessee State University, as well as a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from Trevecca Nazarene University. His professional career extends to over fifteen years of leadership and management experience with various Fortune 500 companies. He has gained a vast and comprehensive understanding of business and market demands through serving in various capacities in the Retail, Hospitality, and Financial Services industries. Carlos has excelled not only in a professional setting, but also in community involvement through participation on boards and steering committees throughout the community. By operating with integrity and character in all of his business dealings, Carlos' value system has been the guiding force of his success.
Jacob Pruitt - Co-Founder
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Tennessee State University and holds several industry designations. He has more than fifteen years of financial management and leadership experience in various senior level financial services positions. His background includes project management, operations, strategic planning, client services and corporate positions in several Fortune 500 companies. He offers experience in all aspects of financial management with an emphasis on business development, fiduciary compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and investment community activities. In addition, Jacob served eight years in the United States Marine Corps as a Platoon Commander during the 1991 Persian Gulf War, where he led combat reconnaissance activities, and was a Certified Career Planner. He is a member of various civic and professional organizations and has served on several community boards.
Katherine Greene - Co-Founder
Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis on Speech Communications and Theatre, from Middle Tennessee State University. She has been a stay-at-home mom for the last ten years, but prior to that accrued over ten years of customer service experience and approximately five years of leadership and front line management experience with a Fortune 500 company. During her work as Operations Manager and Control Specialist she successfully transitioned multiple businesses from Manhattan, New York to Nashville, Tennessee. She has volunteered in various educational and community outreach positions, which has furthered her leadership experience and allowed her greater access to the community.
Joe Washington - Co- Founder
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Winston-Salem State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Morehead State University. A seasoned manager and leader, he has held numerous leadership roles within technology, logistics, manufacturing, customer service, supply chain logistics, product development, credit and risk management and financial services environments with a major refining, marketing, and chemical manufacturing and distribution company and a large super-regional consumer and commercial bank. He is a member of various civic and professional organizations and serves on several community boards.
